Golf Cabriolet hood cover

The pin is screwed into the body. The head has a ball-shaped design.

The upper part is snapped together with the lower part on the cover. The spring and spring leg in the upper part allow the cover to be locked using light pressure on the ball pin. To unlock, simply pull.

There are numerous possibilities for application. The locking can be used to attach a variety of covers.

ZSB assembly arrestor for engines up to 75 HP
The ZSB assembly is used to adjust the manual gear shift. Arrested between 1st and 2nd gear, it permits the adjustment of the Bowden cable length between the shift lever and the gearbox. It must also be oil tight. This oil tightness is achieved by the part geometry and the use of a sealing ring, which is checked for usability during its automatic insertion by means of video monitoring.

The ZSB assembly arrestor is also used as standard in VW models, for example.
