Fasteners with different functional characteristics are manufactured on single and multi-spindle automatic lathes, with internal thread, external thread and bore holes. The materials used are brass, steel, aluminium and stainless steel. The configuration of the outer contour is optimised for the specific application, and the embedding of threaded inserts can be carried out by heat insertion, screwing, or expansion anchoring. We produce elements in weights between 0.07 and 80 g, with the smallest threaded insert being M 1.2.
